15.11.11 Just an update to let you know that you can catch me playing live in London tomorrow evening (Weds 16th) at the Troubadour in Earls Court. Music starts just after 8pm and I will be playing alongside a talented selection of international artist and bands as part of the Troubadour Sessions. Also just a little note to let you know that you can now check out some lovely photos (courtesy of gphotography) and videos from the Exposure Music Awards online. For the pics please click here and for the vids please head along to my Facebook page. Alas, I didn’t pick up an award this time but we had a really great day and soaked up some amazing music.

20.9.11 I am pleased to announce that I’ve been nominated for Best Pop act, as well as Best Live act, in the Exposure Music Awards 2011. I am really looking forward to performing at the awards in London on Sunday 16th October. For anyone interested in attending the event at Cargo I can organise some discounted tickets for the event. It promises to be a great lineup of some of the hottest unsigned bands around. I hope to see you there! For more info please head along to http://www.exposuremusicawards.org/ .

Text voting is also been taken into account for the awards and it would be great if you could drop a text, or two!, containing the words/digits Exposure 1006 to the number 64343 to vote for me. Many thanks. Full terms and conditions apply.

You can catch me live in Session on Stephen Bumfrey’s BBC Radio Norfolk show on Friday 7th October at 2.30pm. I will be chatting about the awards and the album progress as well as playing a few new live numbers. Be sure to tune in!

6.8.11 Just a quick message to let you know that you can catch me playing live in Norwich tomorrow evening at Costa Coffee just off Prince of Wales Road. The event is entitled ‘Sunday Night Live’ and features yours truly performing an acoustic set as well as a set from excellent Norwich based artist Josh Bunce and a guest speaker who I believe is a competition yachts women!! The evening kicks off at 7pm and things tie up around 9.30pm so no crazy late finishes. There are also nice views of the river so what better way to enjoy a nice Latte or Espresso??

I am also pleased to announce that I have made it through to the finals of the Exposure Music Awards 2011 for Best Live act after a hotly contested regional final last week in Norwich. I have been nominated in the awards for the last few years for my recorded tracks but to be select on the strength of my live set is a really big deal for me. I will be playing at the awards bash in London later in the year and it’s possible to buy tickets for the event, so keep Sunday the 16th of October free in your diary!

Work continues apace on the new album and I have some more news on a few local festivals coming soon.

Take care for now, Peter @
